The Marathon Motors Electric Farm Duty/Shop Motor has the power to get the job done. This 1-1/2-HP electric motor features quality ball bearings and a capacitor start/capacitor run design for higher efficiency. This single-phase TEFC farm-duty motor with bi-directional rotation is suitable for conveyors, table saws, augers, barn cleaners, silo unloaders, dairy and poultry equipment, and blowers.

Why would ANYBODY buy this? You can buy a 1 1/2 up electric motor from basically any other store for between $100 - $200!! People, please don't be stupid and pay 6-7 times more than what you should for this motor!!
