The Marathon Motors Electric Farm Duty/Shop Motor is made to get the job done right. This 3/4-HP electric motor features quality ball bearings and a capacitor start/capacitor run design for higher efficiency. This single-phase TEFC farm-duty motor with bi-directional rotation is suitable for conveyors, table saws, augers, barn cleaners, silo unloaders, dairy and poultry equipment, and blowers.

    Didn't do the job

    Two issues: the 3/4 HP replaced an earlier 3/4 HP motor. The Marathon could only move two bales on the elevator at a time. After 1/2 an hour, it tripped the circuit breaker. The second is a design issue. I spent an hour connecting the wires. It'd be nice if it worked out of the box, or if the wires were more clearly marked P1, P2, T3, T5, etc.
