I ordered this lawnmower on June 9 still to this day have never received it, but I paid for it called tractor supply the first time they never responded or got back with me called the second time. We’ll see what happens today. It has been terrible customer service and nothing but a nightmare

Super tiny little pocket lawn mower. Battery lasts about 20 minutes and takes about 9 hours to charge.

After Tractor Supply fixed the problem they had with UPS, I finally got the mower. It works find. But I would recommend that Litheli also include a charger rated for the mower's battery. The USB C cable is provided but then the instructions say not to use any other cable. Most chargers are not rated for more than 20 amps while this system is a 40 amp. Now I need to go out and buy a charger for another $20 to ensure that I do not have a charge melt due to current that it is not rated for.

1) Charger not included and manual does not indicate what type of charger should be used. 2) Battery life is NOT adequate. Other than those 2 minor disappointments, it does the job.

Great electric mower but needs more battery power

This electric mower works great, is compact and folds smaller for storage. I love it. My only hang up is the battery only lasts about 20 minutes. Also, you need to buy a charger, it does not come with one. Maybe get this with an extra battery and a charger.
