- A: You will need the following: 7/16" socket wrench, 1 1/2" socket wrench, rubber mallet, Phillips screw driver, safety goggles, square, electric drill, hammer drill, 5/16" wood drill bit and 5/16" masonry drill bit. Q: It appears that the top / lid warping is a regular problem. Has this issue been corrected? Also I live in North Dakota where we get winter temps in the -40/50 range. will this hold up in those temps?

- A: Yes, the issue has been resolved. The HDPE that our sheds are made of has a brittleness temperature of -132° F. So it should perform well at the -30°. I would avoid impacting it at that low of temperature because at that temperature it may be more brittle that in warmer temperatures. Our sheds are sold all over North America from Canada to Mexico and are subject to a wide range of temperatures.3 years agoHelpful?

Q: Is there any lee way for the back 2” on the left edge of the sheds floor to set over a 1/4” steel angle bracket secured w/2 bolts to the concrete pad. Bolts extend ~3/4” above the concrete pad.

Q: Do you need a concrete foundation for this product? Or will any level surface suffice?

- A: Concrete is best, but not required for this size shed. The surface on which you build and set your shed must be level. If the surface is not properly leveled, the shed will not assemble correctly. Proper surface leveling will save you time in the long run—so please do not ignore this step.4 years agoHelpful?

I ORDERED 2 OF THESE TO CLEAN AND ORGANIZE MY GARAGE PORT...THESE WERE EASY TO ASSEMBLE IF YOU FOLLOW THE STEPS ONE BY ONE WITH ONE OTHER PERSON...EXCELLENT QUALITY OF ALL PARTS AND EXPECT TO LAST FOR YEARS TO COME...ALL PARTS FIXED CORRECTLY, EVEN WITH 500-600 POUNDS OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS IN THE UNIT, THERE WAS NO DEGRADATION OF THE STRUCTURE....
