I bought this in March used it through the summer air conditioner worked off on always had a full tank even though it was drained by two hoses. Now my heating unit is not working correctly. Today’s 6 December no heat. I called two different numbers for support. Waited online 15 minutes never spoke with anyone.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Says 700 square feet but if i turn my heat off in 650sq ft it never stops running also the water drain is an issue if it rains you dump it at least twice this is in convent since the drain is on the bottom so you have to lift it and prop it on a bucket to drain it this does not work for older people due to the weight and lack og props to drain
