This machine is great for those who are new at brewing espresso and wanting to experiment with different brewing options. The machine is beautiful and durable, it’s easy to product the perfect amount of espresso, you don’t have to wait long for your beverage to brew and it’s easy clean and purge.

Still waiting for replacement machine.

Unfortunately the machine has a problem, water leaks from the base of the water tank. I've spoken to KitchenAid and they said it will be replaced, still waiting to hear back on when the new machine will be despatched. Apparently there should have been an O ring on the pipe section that inserts into the base of the machine.
No, I do not recommend this product.
