The K2 Pumps Yard Hydrants work with municipal water and private wells. The Hydrant head and handle are constructed of heavy-duty cast iron. You can easily replace the rod, plunger, seat and linkage without digging. This frost proof yard hydrant has a shut-off valve which operates below the frost line to supply running water, even in the coldest weather. K2 Pumps also manufactures a Hydrant Repair Kit - part number PAWP00001K; and Complete Head Assembly - part number PAWP00002K.

As you lift the handle, it raises an internal connecting rod that unseats the rubber plunger at the very bottom of the pipe below the frost line, allowing pressurized water to flow up and out of the spout.14 days agoHelpful?
