The Ironcraft Fences Aluminum Fence Adjustable Wall Mount is an easy-to-use accessory when installing your aluminum fence against a wall or hard surface at an angle. The top rail of the panel simply slides into the 2 in. opening of the fence post wall mount. The adjustable wall mount is made of durable cast aluminum for lasting use.     Aluminum fence pivot hinges

    they were delivered without any screws for the back plate and the pivot doesn't have any holes with which to place a screw.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
