Broken on arrival

Upon arrival, the "safety shipping straps" were not in tact. While it was concerning, the only damage I noticed was what appeared to be some bent sheet metal on the cover. It didn't appear to be impacting any moving parts. Since the compressor was dropped off in the middle of the road / driveway, I wasn't there to sign, nor did anyone ask, nor inform me that the unit was there.
Since it arrived earlier than expected (yay!) I wasn't able to fire it up right away as 220v power wasn't ready. Upon turning it on for the first time, there are some bad sounds coming from the compressor engine and it shuts off @5psi. I've attempted a few things to determine the source of the problem, but the "clanging" sound in the engine is enough to scare the #*@# out of you. This is a disappointing experience.

Much quieter than I had expected. It's a very strong running machine and I more than capable to keep up with all my air supply needs.
