Great saw for the average homeowner!

I was originally considering the smaller 120 saw to trim some small trees. I decided to size up for the 435 and I am so glad I did. It’s lightweight has adequate power but not to much for light duty yard work. Fired right up and worked well once I got it warmed up after a minute. Seems to be made of higher quality than the discounted brands out there. I saw some poor reviews on this saw about not starting or not working after a use. I’m curious to know if some issues are just a fuel mixing issue for others as I have not experienced any issues. I would highly recommend this saw.

Poor customer service

I bought this Husqvarna chainsaw online from Tractor Supply for home delivery. The saw showed up on my porch without the manual or tool that comes with it. I’ve contacted Tractor Supply and Husqcarna and so far they act like nothing can be done. I really don’t want to download the manual online because I shouldn’t have to and why should I buy the tool when it comes with it. I’m sure the saw will be good but the customer service is lacking from both Husqvarna and Tractor Supply.
