Excellent asset!

Excellent resource for preserving and long-term food storage, especially for single folks. I have freeze-dried entire meals, leftovers, garden harvests, dog treats/food, fruits, sweets, and I haven't even scratched the surface of the capabilities. Saved a TON of money by not having to throw spoiled food away. Now I am well-prepared to ride out most natural disasters or events where the normal food delivery chain would be disrupted.
Well worth the cost. If I were to purchase again, I would spend the extra $$$ and get the oilless vacuum pump.

We have had the medium sized Harvest Right Freeze Dryer for almost 5 years now, we use it on a regular basis. Recently we had issues with the heater and reached out to get support. Customer service was amazing and sent us a part for under $3.00, fixed the problem and we are back to freeze drying. Great machine and great company.
