Nice but...

The reel seems well made but the QA/QC on the parts was poor. You usually receive more nuts & bolts than needed but NOT this time!! I had to purchase several replacement parts to complete the project. I have 200 feet of 5/8" commercial hose on it now. Might be able to put another 50' but not much more. How it holds-up only time will tell.

Nice cart however the brass components that swivel LEAK like a sieve making it unusable. To GROUND WORK Credit they acknowledged the problem and offered replacement part. Thank you Ground Work.

It’s just ok. I guess I thought something that held 400’ of hose would be more heavy duty. I bought 2 of them about 2 years ago and have to toss both of them because they leak to the point of being useless at the o rings and there’s no parts. A goo bit of the finish on some of the frame has come off also. They were great till they weren’t.

No, I do not recommend this product.
