Q: Will the post on this stand fit over top of a T-post? If so, will it keep the hanger from freely rotating around the T-post? I need to mount a hose hanger in soft ground that won't support a normal free-standing hanger, and I need it mounted up high.

I like the way this hanger is set up at the top. The problem is the bottom has to be set in concrete instead of having heavy duty spikes that you just push into to ground to anchor it.

There was large areas of paint coming off that I saw before I bought it. Not a problem. I can use a spray can as well as most people.
I knew it was going to be short when I placed it on the floor at the store. One advantage to that is that my wife would'nt have to lift the hose as high. It should be taller but I decided I could live with the paint issue and the height.
When I hooked the water hose on the back side of the hanger post, the brass nut split. I can't live with that one! This was either from a bad batch when the quality control department was on vacation or this company just makes bad products.
