Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaked from start, handle broke off recently. Bought last year to make it easy on the wife to water her plants in front of the house. Leaked from the start because of poor assembly quality often typical of Chinese manufacturing. I tightened up all components until it stopped leaking. Someday I will have to obviously rebuild it. Then last week a relative was watching our house for us while on vacation and the cheap quality handle broke off! It looked like solid brass but center too weak. Will call toll free number to get fix from TSC.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks like a sive Bought this, had great expectations, cemented it into the ground. Turned on faucet.....leaks like a sprinkler. Very upsetting.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cheap valve Had 2 of these. On the 1st one, the valve broke the first time I used it so I returned it. The 2nd one did the same thing so I just went to the hardware store to buy a real hose valve and installed it on the hose hanger. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that I've been able to use the stand and hanger since I fixed it. If the valve is that cheap they should just sell the post and hanger or make new valves that last. Another cheap product from Tractor Supply.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Neat and easy install/cheap spigot Bought this yesterday instead of a hose hanger alone in hopes of easing my walk to the spigot at the house. Cemented it to the ground, hooked it up, opened the feed water line and the spigot became a sprinkler when it was just sitting there turned off. Works fine if turned on but won't turn off. Definetly cheap spigot, will be finding a better quality spigot to pop on here due to it being cemented into the ground already.

how much flow, gph ,do you get out of this valve?

Asked by: Uncle Buzz
This will depend on the water pressure from the source that the water is coming from.

Is the finish black or brown? Does it need to be set in concrete?

Asked by: Schnitzengruuben
The finish is black and made of steel. It will work best in concrete.

Will the post on this stand fit over top of a T-post? If so, will it keep the hanger from freely rotating around the T-post? I need to mount a hose hanger in soft ground that won't support a normal free-standing hanger, and I need it mounted up high.

Asked by: ObiWanYJ
This will not fit over a T-post.
