Easy to use, easy to install....a lot

Convenient and easy to install and use. The ease of installation is particularly important as we find we need to replace it annually. It gets daily use as the primary hose reel in our small horse barn but the plastic construction means something usually breaks somewhere along the way. At this low price point, it's easy enough to replace it...though I wish I didn't have to.

Cheap plastic, not rigid enough to support weight of hose. Leaks as a result. You're better off buying a metal one. Terrible quality product.
