Bought this unit because it appeared to be very sturdy, and quality. Wrong! The axle is hollow piece of tin. The wheels would not stay on because the fastener was a very light Push button with spring. I called the maker of the product. He was as rude as they come. I was supposed to make a video of the problem, send to him then he would send me an email to tell me what to do next. He referred to his service dept. I said why don't you put me through to them, so I could get this matter resolved. He said he couldn't because this dept. was in china, and was closed at that time. I took it back where I purchased it. Told the NICE lady at the T S store that they should not carry this brand, even on line.

I'm from Canada. Received this product as a gift, but had a broken piece in it. Long story short, i did not have the order number or receipt and unfortunately due to family issues could not get this info. Because of this, nothing could or would be covered under warranty. If purchasing from this company, even as a gift, get the info from who purchased it for you as soon as you receive it, in case something happens, or else your SOL. Pros: solid construction, looks great, don't have to mount on wall. Cons: not great for heavy duty hoses with larger tap connector end, codder pins are too small for washers on the wheels, have purchase info or else.
