Perfect cart for the grandkids

Honestly, haven’t used it as a dump cart yet. I bought it to ride down the hill on our property with the grandkids (we have a long hill). Tried it out this weekend and it worked perfectly! Put a blanket in it as a cushion, then get in facing the handle with your legs draped over the sides. The kids get in behind you. The cart fits two smallish grandchildren just fine. A small nudge can get you going and then it’s nothing but gravity, wind, screams and barking (the dog was chasing us). You can use the handle to steer. Mostly. I couldn’t be happier with this cart. Disclaimer: I’m sure neither the manufacturer nor Tractor Supply would approve or warrant this particular use. Nevertheless, I endorse it wholeheartedly. But that’s just how Mema rolls.

Wheels fall off

I did not have this cart for very long before the wheels started falling off. I cant find any thing in the owners manual for replacement parts. Been given the run around for many months, left messages and phone calls etc,was told every time someone would contact me but haven not been called yet. I never came close to the 1400 lbs cap.

The wheels DO fall off. Stubby axel is to blame

They really do come off. If you use it for heavy stuff like rocks and cordwood (I do) the wheels break and come off. Turning around with a load is what causes it. There’s nothing more frustrating than having to unload to replace a wheel! Except when it’s attached to your lawn tractor when it breaks. If you don’t notice right away you’ll be doing some landscape repair. I’m about to buy a second one. I know, if it sucks so bad, why? Because I’m welding 2 new axels onto the old one, but I need something in the meantime. The wagon itself is outstanding and I love it. The problem is, the short axel on the frame, not the replacement part being too big to fit. The wheel part that “fits” does not actually fit. If you need a new wheel, you have to cut the wheel shaft to fit the stubby little axel and it always breaks the wheel in short time. Make the axel an inch longer on each side for proper fitting of replacement wheels, and take the strain off the wheel shaft for crying out loud. That would make this a 5 star item.

PERFECT tool for maintaining property

I started by moving a MOUNTAIN of leaves. (12 full loads) Then, pulled the wagon around picking up sticks/twigs dropped by the many trees on my property. Every load was hand-pulled 100 yards into the forest and the large, ball-bearing wheels easily rolled over rocks and small fallen trees. One-handed dumping is almost too easy. ---------- I do not understand the review which suggests the wheels fell off... there are COTTER PINS backed by washers holding the wheels on. Obviously, that wagon was not properly assembled. ------- Also, the review which says it is difficult to convert the handle to pull with machine.... the instructions clearly show that the handle is NOT intended to be removed..... instead, the handle is to be slid on the handle closer to the wagon to expose the hitch-point.
