This is my Go-To tool for most pruning and trimmin

I bought this product about two years ago and it has become one of my most used tools in the lawn and garden area. I read some of the negative reviews on this tool but believe most are using it improperly. Although it is sometimes difficult to get the blade into areas with lots of branches, when properly used, it trims and cuts like a hot knife through soft butter. The blade angle can be adjusted which makes all the difference in making the proper cut. The trimmer works great if you can get clearance for the cutting mechanism to do its job. And it eliminates the need for using a ladder. I would highly recommend this tool for trimming and cutting in high areas.

I absolutely love this it's great I love how you can saw down big limbs or you can saw down smaller limbs but the thing is is when the pole saw is completely extended it's very top-heavy and I've actually had it come down on my head and cause a very bad injury they need to fix that and also they need to add something so that you can wind the cord around it's just this big mess when I was doing some landscaping around my property I cut down a limb and the rope got tangled in it and I got hit by the limb they need to add an accessory on it so you can wrap the cord around.

Good but no safety cover.

I just got it and it’s nice and rigid even if a bit heavy. I used it without the blade. One flaw is that blade is scary sharp with no way to sheath it! I won’t be attaching the blade without a cover. It really should come with one or be available.
