I absolutely love this it's great I love how you can saw down big limbs or you can saw down smaller limbs but the thing is is when the pole saw is completely extended it's very top-heavy and I've actually had it come down on my head and cause a very bad injury they need to fix that and also they need to add something so that you can wind the cord around it's just this big mess when I was doing some landscaping around my property I cut down a limb and the rope got tangled in it and I got hit by the limb they need to add an accessory on it so you can wrap the cord around.

Good but no safety cover.

I just got it and it’s nice and rigid even if a bit heavy. I used it without the blade. One flaw is that blade is scary sharp with no way to sheath it! I won’t be attaching the blade without a cover. It really should come with one or be available.

Not very sturdy

while trying to use the saw on a high small branch, the pole separated. The plastic tabs broke holding them in place. I removed the stopper from the lower pole. Is there any way I can order a new insert with tabs ? N
