This is 1 of the best saws on the market for the small or large shop. It features a 5 in. round and 5 in. x 6 in. rectangular capacity. But what really sets this apart from other saws of this size is the head swivel giving a maximum angle of cut of 60° Remember how much trouble it is to change a vise backing jaw only to get a 45° cut. Not with this guy. The easy-to-adjust head has stops in all the right places. And because the vise backing jaw is rigid on this saw, it is taller, giving it the ability to support the workpiece better. And of course, the machine comes with all the features you'd expect from Grizzly like hydraulic down feed control, easy access wheels for quick blade changes and the right blade speeds to do the job.

    Pretty nice machine

    Pretty good right out of the box, and only a few adjustments needed. Beautiful cuts. WARNING: tips over very easily when moving. I fabricated a quick handle to help.

    Nice versatile saw

    Bought this saw last month and overall it works well. I like the ease in changing angles compared to my old saw. The manual doesn't discuss it, but in order to use the 60 degree angle side you need to relocate the vise which I haven't tried yet. The vise is advertised as a quick release, but it is really just a standard acme thread vise clamp and you do have to crank it the full distance as it doesn't have a quick release / movement option. Changing the blade is a bit involved as you need to remove 2 screws in addition to the main screw securing the cover, but only takes a few minutes. Hinged would have been nice. Setting the automatic shutoff is a bit iffy as there is a lot of play in the shut off lever, so a lot of trial and error, but once you get it it seems to work most of the time. Overall it does the job and has some nice features.

    Awesome saw!

    We bought this to replace a 30 year old cold saw and our shop welders haven't stopped thinking a since! It is faster, more accurate and cuts more cleanly. The rotating head is easy to use and a great feature.

    Good product only issue is the blade you get is only lasted about 5cuts so if you get one buy a new blade right away
