Outfitted with a 2 HP motor, 12 speeds (adjustable via V-belts), R-8 spindle taper, 15 in. of swing, fine down feed control, and a 14 in. x 15 in. precision-ground cast iron table, you can see why we're proud to include this drill press in our lineup. The G0823 also features the luxury of auto down feed, and the table has rack-and-pinion mounts to allow for 360° of rotation, 60° tilt, 23-1/2 in. of vertical travel, and 2-1/2 in. T-slots to allow for exact positioning of your workpiece. We've equipped the head with the same rack-and-pinion elevation controls as the table-adjustable 7-13/16 in. vertically, and capable of 360° rotation around the column. And, to go all out, the precision-ground work surface on the base contains 2 more 1/2 in. T-slots, ensuring that every surface can be put to use.
