This is a pretty cool lawn striper - leaves the lawn looking awesome. There’s a circular mechanism that is used to level the striper - it’s made of plastic with grooves/teeth that are intended to hold it in place… those teeth have bent a bit. Wish those were stronger or made of steel.

It's okay, but if you are a normal human being who purchased a battery mower, you take advantage of the fold up option. We'll you will have to unscrew both striper holders to fold up your mower.
Secondly, I just attempted to use the chat box because the bolt that holds the hook for the striper will not stay on, your excuse of AI doesn't even recognize the model number.
No, I do not recommend this product.

• Greenworks products have either a model number or an ERP (Sku Number).
• The chat requires the model/ERP. The Model/ERP number is located near the QR code. It is often listed above the QR code. You can also find it in owner's manual.
• Be sure when typing in the model number it is exactly as written on the unit.
