If you live down South, you will regret buying

I was just going to straight out return it, but I decided to give it a shot and I deeply regret that. After the cut, I realized one of the battery doors doesn’t close properly. It cuts far worse than my previous 60 V 21 inch Greenworks push mower. And it just seems flimsy at best. To not take a product back means they have little to no confidence in their product line therefore, in my mind, it’s a scam at best. Maybe if you’re elderly and you have a large flat dry yard that you like to cut at least twice a week, sincerity, maybe this lawnmower is for you I really wanted this to work because I loved my previous mower. Sincerely angry, and regretful.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Ensure the battery is fully inserted and clicks securely into place, as a partially seated battery can sometimes prevent the door from latching correctly. It may also be helpful to compare both battery compartments to determine whether the issue is related to the door itself, the latch mechanism, or battery fitment. If the door still does not close properly after these checks, the unit may require further evaluation.
Regarding cutting performance, results can vary depending on grass type, grass height, moisture levels, and mowing settings. Two 60V Required

I purchased this late spring. Used it all summer on a yard size of just shy of a half acre. I do not have any hills. I love the wheal size as it moves across the yard with ease. Plenty of power for all types of grass. However, I cannot get more than 20-25 minute runtime. I reported this to Greenworks and they stated the batterie is for UP TO 45 minutes runtime averaging UP TO 1/2 acre. I'm not sure but seems they consider anything between 1-45 minutes within their advertised time limits.
You really need to be prepared to mow when the conditions are best for the mower. This isn't compatible with my schedule or mother nature's. If I let the lawn go a day to 3 past perfect mowing height, the battery will not last. If it's also little damp, three charges may be required.
This mower needs to be sold with at least 2 batteries for lawns up to a half acre.
