I thought, "Wow, this is going to be great. And easy to put together!" I was wrong and it seems that the bottom of the handle was about 4 or 5 inches wider than the rest of the handle. I don't think that the parts were matching. Funny though - on the beginning to your automated phone line for help, one of the things to note was this: "If you use foul language your call will be automatically discontinued." Or something to that effect. Gosh, I wonder why you'd put that in your regular greeting?

Had to replace an old 144cc Brigg & Stratton mower finally after many years of service. It certainly took a beating for many years. I was very concerned about if a battery operated mower could really do the job. My lot isn't huge...about 5,000 sq ft movable area I'd guess. By the time I'd made decision (after hours of research) the lawn was pretty tall and thick. Perfect test I thought. What a dream this mower is! I don't like self propelled (I have may reasons) so I purchased the push mower. With the bigger wheels this thing just seemed to glide through the grass. It sounded more like I was vacuuming the lawn than mowing it and no vibrations! It never even bogged or hesitated once despite the workout I was giving it...never used Turbo mode at all. When I was done, I decided to lower the mower one notch and do another mulching pass on the back yard. Completely finished that and had 25% of the battery left. Recharge time was quick (less than an hour)...but I didn't even need to worry about a recharge or even a second battery. All the features listed in the marketing are true so I won't bore you with that....it stores nicely, it folds away, it has two battery switch over if you want a second battery, etc, etc. I was mainly concerned with does this really have the power....it does in spades.

I have had this mower for a little over a year. I am mad at myself every time I mow. CUT QUALITY: The mower does not cut all of the grass. You basically need to mow your yard twice to have a decent looking yard. I mow my grass 1 notch below the maximum height. I have tried turbo mode on/off and I have tried many different self propel speed settings. I sharpen the blades, but even brand new it would not cut all of grass. It's not missing down the center between the blades, it misses everywhere. It does not miss large patches, it misses random blades of grass so when you look out at your yard, you just see everything it missed. Yes, I do rotate my mowing pattern each time I mow. I also scrap/clean the mower after each mow, although there is typically very little build up. MULCHING: I don't think this is a mulching mower. It will not pick up leaves and mulch them. I don't mean a whole pile, just a few scattered leaves in the beginning of fall will not be touched. I believe this is a clue to the Cut Quality. The mower does not generate enough lift for the grass/leaves. I have never used the bag. SAFETY: The self propel does not disengage when you let go. Instead, you must push the mower forward to fully dis-engage. I assume this is a safety feature so if you were mowing up a steep incline, the mowers wheels stay locked so it will not roll backwards. This 'feature' will cause you to drag the mower backwards with the wheels locked when you do not have room to push forward. BATTERIES: I can finish my yard (the first time) in almost 1 battery. When the first battery gets low, everything slows down tona crawl. Now you are barely moving around your yard until the mower decides to switch to the fully charged battery. Towards the end of last year, the springs that kick the batteries up when you unlatch them had given up. I do not store the batteries in the mower, so the only time they are compressed is while in use. After mowing, sweaty hands and weak springs makes it difficult to remove the batteries.

This is garbage, it didn’t last me a good month, gears broke and I had to buy a set and realize that they were made from plastic and then after repair and used for the second time under very very light use it started making a clung sound like the blade was hitting on something
