spinning my wheels

I have a 17' boat and trailer, unfortunately the dolly spins its wheels when trying to move it even on flat ground. I put 100 lbs of weight on the dolly and lowered the tire pressure, it helped but still spins on the pavement. Maybe it will get better once the nubs wear off the tires.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Product arrived damaged and pre assembled wrong. Very disappointing. Ordering another one in hopes of a better experience.
