Wow!

This vest is a game changer both as an outerwear option on cool days and as an midlayer for cold days. Wear it for work and play! Great for motorcycle rides!! Lots of battery life especially on low setting. Very pleased with my purchase.

Great worksite vest

Vest does a great job on construction sites in Nebraska winter single digits. Has made winter work so much more tolerable. Should have invested in one years ago. Two thumbs up. Did get extra batteries as well.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Battery does not last

This vest has been nice. But the battery absolutely does not last. On a full charge on low. I'm lucky to get 5 hours, which is half of the 10 hours you guys claim. That sucks as I work in the elements for 8 to 10 hours. Have only had the vest about 2 weeks.

Thank you for your feedback. Battery life can vary depending on the item you’re using—the more heating zones it has, the faster it may use the battery. Environmental conditions can also affect performance. We’re sending you an email with some troubleshooting steps, and if needed, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement battery for you.

Battery charge life

My husband is wearing this vest while working outdoors, he's a logger. We've had some really cold days this January and he reported that after 3 hours on high, the battery needed to be recharged. He was hoping the charge would last longer. Construction of the vest seems to be rugged enough for his work. He's happy to have the 3 hours of warmth.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad to hear the rugged construction is holding up well for your husband’s work, that’s exactly what the Ibex Vest is designed for. Regarding battery life, getting around 3 hours on the high setting is within the expected range, especially in very cold conditions where the system works harder to maintain heat. For longer use throughout the day, we recommend switching to medium or low once he’s warmed up, or keeping a spare battery on hand to extend runtime. We really appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear he’s getting solid warmth during those tough winter days!
