The Fimco 65 gal. Broadcast Boom UTV Sprayer is in a class by itself and is the only UTV sprayer in the industry that does not require the tailgate to be down or removed for a boom to be utilized. The command center manifold comes complete with quick-connect fittings, built-in ball valves and a pressure gauge port that allows you to fine tune chemical applications. This agriculture sprayer is chemical resistant and provides up to 50 ft. of spraying diameter.

Poor quality

65 gallon sprayer. Not a well built unit or at least the one I have. Straight out of the box the nozzles leaked horribly! Warranty covered new ones. 2nd year of use had problems with pump not building pressure correctly and plastic on motor housing cracked. Plus I was starting to have trouble with the cheap manifold ball valves. 3rd year ball valves in manifold stripped out at the handle and now.you can’t open or close.the valves. Also had more problems out of the nozzles not working properly but I think it’s time for a new pump at this point as I have noticed the pump is not building pressure correctly again, the pressure guage started leaking, and the connection from the manifold to the pump started leaking Yes the unit has been stored properly, cleaned and winterized each year. If you are good for using it one season then this is the unit for you. Only good things I can say about this unit is does have a nice tank and hand wand. I’ll be using a different pump going forward and building a better manifold from the hardware store. I will also be looking at putting better nozzles on it.

Not sure if you ever called our customer service team at 800-831-0027, but they would be happy to assist you with the issues you're having. They could also help troubleshoot the possibilities of the pump not building pressure, could be a chemical that may be causing the issue, hard to say from the above. As for the handles, sometimes opening and closing the valves hard, can gradually wallow out the back of the handles to the point where they don't open and close. The team can help you with those as well. We have several customers that have had this sprayer for years and no issues and love it. So please contact the team to see what they can do for you.

Broke Part

Received product. Had part on it that had gotten broke when I picked up at store. Tried get store to order, but couldnt, had to order myself from company Fimco. Store said would reimburse for part cost. Still waiting to receive part.
