- A: The only negative review that we have where someone left a comment was from a customer that thought they were getting concrete instead of the resin that is listed in the product details. This shouldn't fade as quickly as a brighter or richer color would. This is an online only product, so it comes directly from the vendor and will not be at your local store, unless another customer returned their product within the returns window.3 years agoHelpful?

The description needs to be more accurate. These are "Limestone" pattern not limestone material. Ordered these online with pickup at the store. Didn't even leave the store with them. Returned them on the spot. As always, the store staff were AWESOME and understanding. Returned them with no issue.
