It is designed to be used as a primer for other topcoats, though it can be left as a low-gloss finish if not exposed to direct sunlight. To ensure proper adhesion, you should either topcoat it between 4 and 24 hours after application, or after it has fully cured, lightly scuff the surface with a Scotch-Brite pad and then apply your topcoat.11 months agoHelpful?
