I sprayed Kutters with a pump sprayer. I didn’t see a real change in the rust color. I have half of the gallon to spray it again. It looks to be watered down to barely work.

This was my first time using a product like Rust Kutter. I'd only recently learned that acid could convert rust back to a metal that was paintable. I was skeptical but thought I'd try it. It did exactly what it claimed. I'm way impressed. Note, it doesn't convert galvanized metal rest and seemed to have no effect there. But on the metal roof where I applied it I had solid rust where there was metal where the roof changed pitch and that was nothing but rust. I sprayed the Rust Kutter on and came back a day later and was amazed to see how well it had done actually. I'm a converted skeptic for sure.
