This is a good cleaning/ antibacterial solution that we use for our goats. Whether we soak a sore hoof, or clean a wound -it works to help with the healing process. We like to have a gallon on hand for quick treatment with our goat herd

My horse had a severe case of rain rot. We rotated between this product and Durvet topical livestock fungicide—bathing and soaking with the chlorhexidine one day, then spraying with this the next.
On July 22, she was badly scabbed and had lost most of her hair. By August 1, the rain rot had cleared up, and she already had significant hair regrowth.
