Q: I have a 21 year old quarter mare and I started feeding dumor senior her diet before was just crimped oats and pasture but recently I have noticed she is loosing weight what would you recommend to help build and maintain her weight?
5 years ago- A: We need more information to answer this question. It would be easier if you would ask the customer to call the Dumor line, to speak to a rep. 888-719-8066. Otherwise, we need to know if the horse can still chew and digest hay, or are they seeing quids of hay dropped? Also need a description of the horse and feeding program, including body weight and condition, current ration (what type and how much feed and pasture/hay per day), activity level, and any nutritionally related conditions that they wish to address.5 years agoHelpful?
