Q: How much sugar does each apple treat have? I give my horse probably 8 of them 3 days a week. I wanted to figure out approx. how much sugar is in each one, so, I can check with our Vet as to how many I can feed him per day.

As new horse owners my husband and I were recommended these treats to help us teach our horses to trust us; to come when we called and allow us to halter them easily.
Now as a reinforcing tool for good behavior Manna Pro Apple Wafers continue to be favorites with both our horses. They love the flavor and crunch, I appreciate the fresh apple smell and low cost.
I would recommend this product to all horse owners both novices and experienced.

I had used these treats once before, and found them to be a hit with the horses. However, my latest purchase was moldy! I'm shocked at Manna Pro's poor quality control, and glad I detected the mold before I fed them to my horses.
