Powerful tool but some defects

Powerful but with some known issues. 1. oil leaking 2. purchased in Dec2024, used for only couple times for pruning. Then the issues came up: The saw runs once after battery insertion. After releasing the trigger it will not run again until the battery is removed and reinstalled. The issue occurs with multiple batteries and the chain moves freely. will need to return to repair.

Excellent!

Outstanding saw! Followed all instructions and it works like a champ! No oil leakage at all. Just cut through some 5 inch hardwood with no issues at all. Made 6 cuts and battery still shows full strength. More erogromic than the high cost Milwaukee M18. Safety switch is a bit cumbersome but workable. Love this saw!!

Great Saw But Leaks Oil

Love the saw and the way it cuts. Excellent in terms of power and cutting ability. One small dislike is the safety switch it difficult to use. The huge dislike is the oil leaks when not in use. Why can't Dewalt solve this obvious issue?
