Rotted mess

Whatta mess....one tree was bone dry and withered like a prune...the other one was soaking wet and smelled of decomposition. Seasoned gardener, big difference between dormant and rotted. So, so disappointed.

Best trees I’ve found

Bought 6 last yr and all have grown out the top of my 6’ tree tubes already this year. Im dying to buy more and have looked everywhere but no luck. When and if i can find some..im buying all available at the store. These trees are simple to get to take root and are very impressive even w/o pruning them yet in year 2 for mine. Plan to cage them and prune this winter when theyre dormant.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with our Kieffer Pear tree and for bringing this to our attention. Our product is dormant, packaged bare root plants intended to be without foliage (leaves) while in the store. These dormant plants may have also had their roots trimmed since they are bare root product (not root established). We're sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our product and that the roots you received were damaged. They should be firm and moist at the time of purchase. Please contact us at (269) 468-6714 or sales@degroot-inc.com so we may assist you with a refund.
Thank you,

I bought two of these trees this year and they never even got one leaf. I would not recommend them. I wish I would have kept the upc and receipt so I could get the guarantee.
