Not certain what is asked for here

I'm disappointed that I had to pay two separate delivery services over four hundred dollars to have the product which I paid almost three thousand dollars for delivered to my farm: over $300 dollars to have it delivered to you store and then arrange on my own for a local service to deliver it to my farm from your store which cost another $125.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Who even knows where it is?!

Ordered on 12/20. Email saying it shipped on 12/27 and poof it seems to have disappeared into thin air. Crazy how a 20' long piece of metal that ways hundreds of pound cannot be located.

Does not withstand the weight it claims.

Had this culvert pipe installed by an experienced excavator at our new home building site. Claims it can handle the weight of any DOT approved vehicle. It could not handle the weight of the construction vehicles that drove over it...cement trucks, dump trucks, etc. It crushed like a soda can.
