Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wouldn’t recommend Weak...the stabilizer tines bent the first time I picked up a bale. Also don’t trust the single bolt holding it on. I guess when you cheap out on buying a bale fork, you get what you pay for.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from wrong bolt size I purchased this product they loaded it in my truck then realized I needed the bolt to attach to the bucked. A store person pulled the p/n up on your computer and said I needed a 3/4 bolt, flat washer and locknut. I drilled the bucket 3/4 then mounted the spear only to see the hole in spear was only 5/8". I was not a happy camper at this point because I had to take it down (very heavy) and drill out to 3/4"

i have a 5200 kabota mounted the spear on the top side of the bottom plate it would not lift the bale or tilt and it bent the stabilizer bars. did I do something wrong

Asked by: jess1976
The recommendation is to take in consideration the weight of the bale and if bale was seated all the way against the bucket that it was mounted to. This bale spear is designed to mount to the top side of the bottom plate of the bucket.

Does this mount to the top side or bottom side of the bottom face of the bucket? It seems like the load would be distributed better if I installed it underneath.
