The Cozy Products Heated Foot Warmer Mat provides comforting relief to cold feet and legs. The mat uses direct and radiant heat that promotes blood flow to feet, warming the entire body. The floor mat design allows you to use the mat sitting or standing and it is perfect for use under desks or at standing workstations. First —mat came with a lot of oil on it. I guess to protect it. THICK oil. Make sure you open it outdoor .
Second— I had to return it because it did not work. Set it up, left it for about 40 minutes to get warm & it did not get warm AT ALL.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Keeping toasty warm

I work in a small office that has an overhead heat duct and cold concrete floors. Prior to using the heated foot warmer mat I always had a cold draft around my ankles and lower legs. Not anymore! Now I stay warm all over.
