Received the incorrect panel length of 10’ instead of 12’ so I contacted the store who in turned contacted the delivery person who had dropped off the panel and advised that a helper had pulled the wrong length. I advised that I needed the panel to be picked up and the correct length provided. I was told by the delivery driver that she could not come back to pick up the item as she was too far away when I called the store while she was still on my road to call her and have her turn around as length was incorrect. Was told I would speak with a supervisor and was put on the line with a sweet associate named Angie who was not a manager nor in the correct department to handle the matter. I spoke to the delivery woman and advised her that I needed her to come and pick up the panel as I am not going to reorder. Was put on the line with a manager by the name of Pablo and he was able to assist aside acting as if he weren’t competent enough to understand the issue and concern. I understand things happen but the level of attentiveness to resolving the issue was lack luster. I enjoy products from Tractor Supply and will simply keep to in store purchase from now on since ordering online is too much for them to handle.

Good for the price. Sheep can escape under them. ;)

I’m disappointed with the condition of this round pen and gate when purchased new. The panels arrived dirty with visible rust already present. For a brand-new product, this should not be the case. I expected clean, rust-free panels and better quality control from Tractor Supply.
