Rated 5 out of 5 by from Secure and easy to move I use CountyLine Economy corral panels as temporary fencing for our horses as we continue to add wood fencing around our new property. We recently purchased two of the 4' gates and are very happy with them. The pin system makes it pretty easy to un hook and rearrange them if needed. One flaw with one of the gates we purchased was the latch. Unlike the current photo on the website - ours came with a pin that slides up and down, and it comes with a clip to keep it locked - which is great and very easy to get in and out quickly. But one of our gates the handle was a bit skewed inward, making it difficult to pull up and unlock. It's something we didn't notice, but can be fixed by hammering it out a little. Our other 4' and older 6' gate are fine. The blue color is very dark and nice. They do fade a little (we have had some panels for 2 years), but overall still look great. I would recommend the whole Economy line up.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Convenient and Affordable I bought this for a temporary corral that I built for my new “wild” BLM Mustang. It’s working well for its intended purpose, but I’ve noticed quite a bit of rust around the latch and I’ve only had it a few weeks. It’s definitely not a heavy duty gate, and I wouldn’t use it permanently; however, I’d recommend this if you need a temporary pen.

need to understand - does the EXTERIOR frame measure 4ft wide? or does the gate panel in the middle measure 4ft across? Can't be both...there has to be a few inches clearance for the hardware and to swing free

Asked by: Ricosmom
The opening (inside of arch) is 4’ wide.

I notice there is a large gap at the bottom. Is there a way to close this up? I will be using it for goats, especially to separate my bucks from my does. Is there a danger for them to escape or craw under it? What about kids being able to get through?

Asked by: PrinceDavid
Yes, there is a risk of the kids being able to get under or crawl through. The gate itself cannot be lowered however, our experts recommend using a strip of chicken wire, or something similar, across the bottom to prevent crawling under.
