Kills and prevents damaging moss on roofs, patios and walkways for up to two years. Destroying and preventing moss can extend the life of roofs and improve the condition of patios and walkways. Can be applied directly from the container or mixed with water and applied with a sprinkling can or pump-up sprayer. Won't stain roofs or corrode aluminum and galvanized gutters when used as directed.

- Shake it on directly or dissolve in water
- Can be used any time of the year as an effective moss killer and preventative
- For best results, apply during rainy seasons when moss grows most rapidly
- Dying moss will change color within 3 to 4 weeks
- Light to average moss growth on pitched roofs should slowly wash away with the rain
- If the growth is heavy or on flat areas, you may need to physically remove the dead moss
- Apply on a calm day - If MOSS B WARE comes into contact with shrubs, flowers, or lawn, rinse off with garden hose immediately
- Covers up to 4,000 SQ. FT.

Didn't solve the problem

I have cement tile and used the liquid form. This doesn't control the moss within the tile gaps or the end of the tile. Does this product control lichens on Cement tile?
No, I do not recommend this product.

I sprinkled this product on some moss on the soil surface near an ornamental tree. Now the tree leaves are drooping and I fear it will die. How do I save my tree???

This works great to keep my PNW roof moss free.

I love the diversity of this product. I buy the 3# shaker can and mix it with water and spray it on with my garden pump type sprayer. I use the ratio of 1/2 cup/gallon of water and spray every square inch of my roof once a year. 1 can does my average sized split-level house just fine. (2,400 SF house with a 2,000 SF multi leveled roof). I live in the beautiful rainy Pacific Northwest and it's kept my 15 year old roof moss free. I hope this helps others out!
