This will create some natural draft to reduce the possibility of smoke or odor during appliance shutdown and keep exhaust from causing a nuisance or hazard by exposing people or shrubs to high temperatures. a year ago- A: A chimney is required for any wood burning product. The WMPS7000 pellet stoves vents thru the wall and all venting is included with the heater. You may also want to consider vented and vent free gas wall heaters.a year agoHelpful?
