I bought this because of its vicius looks and because of the trench dagger style, and because i belive that Cold Steel makes good products overall. I also have on of their spears which is a formidable weapon itself. I have not tested it and abused it, but i keep it with me when walking in woods and such. This is the kind of blade that could save ones life in a tight spot more than other knives, the handguard can be used as a knuckle duster, which is a huge bonus in damage dealing + protection for your hand. The blade has a high fearfactor over it and scares other humans also, it is after all, a nasty and deadly blade. This blade is big, long, and has the ability to go deep into a target to hit vitals. Only negative thing so to say is that it would like the handguard/knuckleduster part be more defined after my own hand, its also rather big, but not a big problem in that way because its all about learning use it also.

It's better than I dreamed it would be. It's heavy duty cold steel are the metal god's!

This product exeded my expectations. Sharp out of the box with fresh coat of oil.
