This 3 in bore x 8 in stroke Chief WP Welded Hydraulic Cylinder is a highly versatile medium-duty welded cylinder with a cross-tube base. Every Chief WP cylinder is functionally tested and pressurized to 1.5 times the normal working pressure to insure performance reliability.Note: This product may require up to 2 additional days for order processing prior to shipping

  • Intended use: double-acting applications
  • Piston: ductile iron
  • Gland: ductile iron
  • Tube: precision-honed steel
  • Rod: hard chrome-plated
  • End mounts: ductile iron female clevises with pins and clips included
  • Tube seals: Buna O-ring
  • Rod seal: deep polypak with B-lip design
  • Rod wiper: urethane, snap-in
  • Piston seal: Hallite 755 for prolonged wear resistance with wear ring
  • All seals are manufactured to US specifications
  • Functionally tested and pressurized to 1.5 times the normal working pressure to ensure performance reliability
  • Available in bore sizes from 1.5 in. to 4 in. and strokes from 4 in. to 48 in.
  • Welded hydraulic cylinders have a 3,000 PSI operating range
  • 3-year limited warranty included with hydraulic cylinder
  • Column load: 21,200 lb.
  • Individually poly bagged
  • 1 in. pin diameter and 1.5 in. rod diameter
  • Measures 18.25 in. retracted and 26.5 in. extended
  • 3,000 max PSI

    Cylinder was awesome. But we had to weld a cross tube on the end to make it work. Would have been great if they came with the cross tube already on there.
