This Trace Mineral Salt Block is specially formulated cattle feed designed to help meet the salt and trace element requirements of most livestock. The livestock feed includes trace minerals that complement the diet to help promote digestion, growth, maintenance of body tissues, proper reproductive processes, and general animal well-being. I put these out for deer and they love it, especially during spring and summer, they last around 6 months depending on rain but soak into the ground to make great lick spots!

Must have item, either trace mineral block or iodized block. There is little iodine in the coastal area, too mich rain, without additional iodine available your cattle are subject to picking up hoof rot. Especially if sheep are in the area. We have fed iodized or trace mineral blocks for 65 years here. Always keep them available to the livestock, it pays.
