Does not hold - Raccoon escaped.

Had a game camera set up on trap in ceiling of commercial building. Raccoon went in trap. Trap closed. I got notification from the game camera and raccoon escaped before I could get there. Now he's going to be even harder to trap.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear the raccoon managed to escape before you got to it — that’s definitely frustrating. Not sure why it escaped but try keeping something heavy on top of the trap to prevent it from being knocked over.

The CatchMor Live Animal Trap turned out to work very well to catch rabbits in our yard. I have used the other traps by CatchMor for squirrels and chipmunks, which are 100% effective, and this one is as well. The products are built very well, they are high quality, and exquisitely designed to work all the time. I am very impressed by these traps. Its a top-notch company.
