It’s nice. My kid likes it. BUT…I farm full-time, and I’m hard on my clothes. There are multiple brands doing the same designs/color schemes that are just a tough for way less $$.
I got him name brand because he’s at the age where he cares, and I like shopping with my local TSC store (Athens, AL). Buy according to your situation.

Mostly Improved T-Swing

My 8-year-old Carhartt T-Swing served me well, but it was time to say goodbye. This version is mostly an upgrade, with the lower back coverage and roomy fit. I don't miss the drawstring at the bottem. I'm disappointed in the no-zip side pockets and upward facing breast pocket, though - every day I've got to clean out shavings and hay which I didn't have to do with the old one. Still, a quality jacket that I expect will last the next 8 years.

A trusty Carhartt jacket that is very warm! The new color, basil, is nice. I had the pink-salmon one for years but it has been discontinued.
