Very practical rain jacket/coat. These are all the things I love about it: Two way zipper makes sitting and squatting more comfortable. Big pockets with flap and snap are handy while zipped pockets at the hips and chest securely hold items. Removable hood is nice when I want to wear a rain hat, or to leave on to pull up in case of unexpected wind or rain. Also has great inner cuffs at the wrists to keep wind out and a velcro flap to bring the wrist of the coat to just the right size. Sturdy fabric, heavy enough to keep out the elements well. I live in the pacific northwest where we get a lot of rain in the winter and this coat has always kept me dry. I own two now. I sized up so it is big and loose and a bit longer in the body to cover my bum. Love this coat. It looks nice.

This jacket looks great and fit well with layers. It kept me dry while I was out on a wildlife marine tour in Alaska in constant rain for at least three hours. The only thing I didn't like is that the coat became heavy and seemed to absorb the rain instead of wick it. The exterior of my jacket was drenched and didn't even resemble a waterproof jacket.
