- A: Hello, it is unusual to hear of our garments running small. That review must be an outlier. Usually our Large corresponds to sizes 12/14. I personally wear size 12, and in Berne a Large fits me.5 months agoHelpful?

FINALLY found winter wear that keeps me warm! This jacket is amazing! I can work all day in the winter cold and still be warm, even with only a t-shirt underneath.
The sherpa lining does like to "stick" to thicker clothing, so if you have sensory issues like me, you have to "fix" it all before you can zip it up, but it helps keep you warm! I would love to see the hood have a silkier lining so you don't have "frizz" hair when you take it off, but that can also be resolved with a hat underneath the hood. LOVE all the pockets. And the gussets on the sides make for good movement.
All my life I've worn men's versions. This actually fits me well and doesn't leave big gaps like the men's options do.
5ft 4in, 180 lbs, wear XL in these and can wear full sweat pants and hoodie underneath.
