Treated with a special stain and water shield technology, this impressively comfortable women's barn coat is built to take on all the elements that you may encounter every day out here. The coat features a quilted fleece lining for extra warmth, and has articulated elbows and a bi-swing back letting you move around freely.Garment is not flame-resistant and is not intended for use while welding.

Horrible zipper design

I bought this coat last year for my 13 year old daughter to use in the barn for chores. The coat is warm enough for New England weather and is flattering. The material is overall high quality and I like that the zipper in heavy duty.
The issue is that the double zipper is very difficult to line up correctly. This results in the zipper getting stuck, ALL THE TIME! If the zipper was better this coat would be an amazing coat for chores, as it stand the coat is pretty useless.

Warm and snugly, maybe a trifle too snugly as it is a challenge to get the zipper engaged and if there are things like gloves in the pockets it gets difficult to zip. So be sure and get at least one size larger than what you would normally use. XL is challenging for me; I should have gotten XXL. Also, if there is a tall option and you are on the tall side, get the tall option.
