Carhartt changed their sizing

I have bought and worn Carhartt for the last 10 years, it's my favorite brand. I love the color of this crewneck however women's large is now too big for me. And I've gained weight, not lost any. The year older women's large is a perfect fit. I have this crew neck in black, blue, pink, all which fit perfect as a women's large. But this green one is bigger than Carhartts women's large. Still cute and I still love it.
