Q: I gave my dog specta 6 in June she was around 2-3 months what vaccine should she get next ?

1 Answer
  • A: Hi Neighbor! For a puppy's initial series, Spectra vaccines are typically given every 2-4 weeks from 6 weeks of age until they are at least 16 weeks old, with the final dose at or after 16 weeks. After the initial series, annual booster shots are generally recommended to maintain immunity. The specific timing and number of doses depend on the product (Spectra 5, 6, 9, etc.), the puppy's age, and maternal antibody levels, so a veterinary consultation is essential for a personalized schedule, according to Durvet.
