Dead on arrival

Terrible shipping. Containers holding the plants were cracked. Allowing all the moisture out. So the soil was bone dry and the plants were dead dead dead. I spent three hours online with customer service on hold and finally gave up.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Insufficient Packing = Broken Plant Stem

One of the plants in the two-pack was broken and limp. I tried to revive it, but it never perked up enough to transplant to the garden. The other one did great. I think this was a poor packing issue. It appears the box was turned upside-down, one plant pot slipped loose in the outer plastic shell, and the weight of pot and dirt bent the fragile little stem. If the plastic pot (and dirt) was covered and secured to the bottom half of the shell (taped in), the plant wouldn't be damaged if turned upside down. So I paid $30 for one small pepper plant.

Perfect snack when you walk outside

Let me start off by saying that I love a good pepper. When I repotted these plants, they grew so fast! They went from the size of a pinkie to a store bought pepper. I haven't had any bug issues. Highly recommend.
